WeddingPro Experience Orlando 2020

We headed to Orlando for our first WeddingPro Experience of 2020 for a day dedicated to learning, mingling and inspiring the wedding pro community, and the incredible space at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort provided a fantastic canvas for this event.

We had so much fun hanging with talented wedding professionals that were eager to learn. Together we learned about strategic visual brands, tailored selling by personality type, building a successful team and so much more!

Jennifer Lopez and her team at Bella Sposa Events planned and designed the gorgeous WeddingPro Experience Orlando with bright summer neons. Kaleigh of Méldeen, The Knot Worldwide’s event branding partner, helped create this bright color scheme. Attendees also got to soak up the views and palm trees next to an epic charcuterie spread by the pool. A few more of our favorites from the day included:

• The hanging mini pancake skewers perfect for a brunch wedding (Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort)
• Our DJ playing the best tracks while standing in the pool (Jacob Co Creative)
• The dueling pianos, a perfect addition to our networking lunch (Felix and Fingers Dueling Pianos)
• The magical stage backdrop that changed during lunch to provide some photoshoot inspo (Swag Decor)
• Our DJ Rocks, our all-female DJ team for the program, kept the energy up all day for our all-female line-up of WeddingPro Educators
• Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World® Resort provided a mimosa bar during the morning break and enormous pans of paella, plus hot and cold tapas, for lunch at Capa

Attendees heard from industry experts on the following: Kaleigh Wiese of Méldeen on Building a Strategic Visual Brand, Brittany Lo of Beautini on a Social Media Masterclass, Terrica of Cocktails & Details on The Art of Balance: Building Your Brand While Living Your Life, Andrea Eppolito of Andrea Eppolito Events on How to Build Valuable Relationships in a Competitive Industry, Jeffra Trumpower of The Knot Worldwide on Weddings in 2020, Kristin Wilson of Our DJ Rocks on 4 Steps to Building a Rockstar Team and Beth Chapman of The White Dress by the Shore on The Art of the Tailored Selling Approach. We left feeling inspired and ready to put what we learned in action. A special thank you to everyone who shared with us and Jeffra Trumpower for being a wonderful emcee.

We ended the day by getting to know local Orlando wedding pros. We had so much fun and loved how excited everyone was to be at an education event with their fellow pros. We can’t wait to come back to Florida soon!
